Max was very condescending in my opinion. With 10 years of automotive experience, including 5 as a service director, I felt frustration. Joe was the saving grace for the dealership and MAZDA as my car was in for 31 Days! $200 credit towards dealership items from Mazda seems woefully unappreciated for a 1st time Mazda purchaser. Nick the general manager, although a man I admire for his disposition... Didn't personally get back to me after my first couple of phone calls. He also said he would go to Mazda and get me something substantial. I felt like they should have made my first payment for me as I didn't even have the Brand New Car I just purchased.

Cullen was a delight to work with.
Cullen was a delight to work with. When I arrived, no one even acknowledged me. A guy on the phone looked at me with dead eyes but didn't react or say a word. After 5 awkward minutes of standing there, Cullen suddenly came into the service area with a big smile on his face and light in his eyes and asked if I'd been helped. I said no so he quickly got me checked in and was very pleasant and helpful through the whole process. I very much enjoyed working with him and hope I get to do so again in the future. Years ago when I first chose this shop it performed
Years ago when I first chose this shop it performed quality service. The staff and manager has changed since then; the integrity and attention to work performance has declined: forgetting to replace oil pan cover, stating that lubricants were applied when it hadn’t, then spraying WD-40 on the hinges in front of my face, When rotating my tires staff substituted “one” regular lug nut in place of the locking lug nut that was on my vehicle when I brought the vehicle in, also not returning the lug nut key to my locking lug nuts; as well as being told there was no reason for the staff to have opened my Brand New lug nut key package. They should have used a master key from the shop. I also was told that a part would cost $82, and that it was only available from the dealership, NAAPA provided the part for $14.95.,and I self installed it. Shop Charged $40 for a rear window wiper blade & telling me it’s only available at a dealership. I went to O’ Riley’s to do double check… they has the blade but suggested I go to Walmart for cheaper price of about $13. I will patronize O’Rileys again for being integral. I’m currently seeking a different Mazda dealership for future service. I’m not upset, just stating my personal experiences with Mazda Greenfield.(108th) I like my Mazda car.

Was there for well over two hours to simply have a
Was there for well over two hours to simply have a diagnosis done for my brake sensor light that kept going off. Didn’t really care for the service mangers attitude as he seemed annoyed and unhelpful. Wasn’t very specific on some of the questions I was asking and continued to make things confusing. Also a sales rep that I had asked to get a copy of my warranty for me instead tried to sell me a larger package of a warranty and after denying it her attitude quickly changed and shooed me out of her office as it seemed I wasted her time. She also recommend me to go to a place down the street for cheaper service regarding my brake issues. The experience overall was fine but would have appreciated a little bit more customer service from the car service department.
