I went in Russ Darrow with doubting myself that I wouldn't get a car!! Guess what? Alfredo Palomares was able to get me a fully loaded vehicle. He took his time and made it happen for me. He's great!! 5 stars 🌟!!!!

I worked with Donovan and overall had a pretty good experience. He was a bit persistent in wanting me to finance through them but I ultimately wanted to go directly with my credit union. When I was working with my credit union on finalizing the loan he brought to me that the customer cash rebate ended at the end of day and then continued to push me to finance through the dealer. If this would’ve been brought to my attention sooner I don’t think I would’ve waited till my bank closed to get the checks. It also took a while to get the purchase agreement from him after he first sent me a proposal when I asked for the purchasing contract.

Friendly people. Love the video they send of the multi-point inspection. Nice waiting area with coffee, tea, water and snacks.

Cullen was a delight to work with. When I arrived, no one even acknowledged me. A guy on the phone looked at me with dead eyes but didn't react or say a word. After 5 awkward minutes of standing there, Cullen suddenly came into the service area with a big smile on his face and light in his eyes and asked if I'd been helped. I said no so he quickly got me checked in and was very pleasant and helpful through the whole process. I very much enjoyed working with him and hope I get to do so again in the future. Thank you Cullen for making me feel welcome and for a seamless service experience. A+++

Put in interest for the vehicle, had 6 people contact me from different Russ Darrow locations, so I made an appointment with someone a different dealership then the one my vehicle was at. Vehicle was disgusting for the showing and test drive, we agreed to wait to have it cleaned. Waited for quite awhile for them to clean it and found that they skipped the third row and had bleached part of the carpet. Contacted the sales rep who 'scheduled' me an appointment. But never actually talked to service so they had no idea I was coming. Goes from a couple hours of waiting to, having to leave it overnight. I had to call late in the day to find out now they want to keep it all weekend. Obviously because I left with the car they figure they have my money and I am no longer a priority. I wasn't even going to make this review, but they kept hounding me to make one.
