Stripped screw was placed on oil pan after oil change Oil leak out onto the parking space in my garage Someone from the dealership came three days later with degreaser and pushbroom to clean the spot Oil had already permeated into the concrete, so the cleanup didn't work I'm expecting to be charged for this by apartment management
Very busy day, but did their best to move things along with continual updates. Went over charges so I clearly understood the bill.
It was great at first, helped me find what I needed. Was catfished by the pictures of the first vehicle. They took forever to check me out and purchase the car after I have said I wanted the car. I was there for 5 hours waiting to checkout. It felt like xxxx honestly.

My van broke down unexpectedly and I quickly went on a hunt for a good reliable car that would fit my needs for a long time. I found this crosstrek online and booked an appointment. Fine, as expected, although I wished to see the old air filter that I agreed to have replaced so I could have seen for myself how necessary the replacement was rather than just relying on the replacement time schedule.

All good but last service in Dec was better than this one. Last seevice ar same center had tyres tread around 5 and 6 and this time it was marked all 8 and when I asked to check again then all were marked 4. I appreciate the last technician in Dec 2025 was best but this service was okay

I came in 2 days ago just trying to get an idea of what i wanted and was met with such a wonderful conversation by Erica. She went ovwr everything. Financing, troubles the vehicle had had, gas milage, the girl really knew her stuff. I wasnt able to buy anything at the time but its definitely a location ill be returning to when I am able to purchase. Cant speak wnoigh praise to Erica for making me feel welcome.

I worked with Donovan and overall had a pretty good experience. He was a bit persistent in wanting me to finance through them but I ultimately wanted to go directly with my credit union. When I was working with my credit union on finalizing the loan he brought to me that the customer cash rebate ended at the end of day and then continued to push me to finance through the dealer.
