Showed up 30 minutes early and was out 10 minutes after my scheduled time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Price could be a little lower but still worth it.

Came in to Russ Darrow Mazda for a routine oil change . Also mentioned I occasionally heard a rattle under my car after going over a pot hole. A tech drove my car after it was inspected. There was no charge for this service and I was out in 35 minutes. Impressive!

I came in for routine service including a tire rotation. Immediately after leaving, I experienced noticeable vibrations in the floorboard and steering wheel. Reverting the tires back to their original positions solved the issue. The service advisor mentioned the vibration was due to uneven tire tread, but they should have inspected the tires and advised me beforehand rather than performing and charging for an unnecessary rotation. Otherwise, the service was good and delivered on time.
I have never had an issue in 11 yrs. The last visit tech said I need to consider purchasing new tires soon. My tires are brand new, at the time of service less than 1 wk old. The techs need more education regarding recommendations they are making.

1:45 appointment - finally finished at 4:15 Ridiculously long Left the back seat down for some reason and didn’t put the cover back on the hatch mechanism Now I remember why I started going somewhere else for my oil changes because it took over 2 hours for that the last time I had it done Apparently they have a scheduling problem because it shouldn’t be over 2 hours for service

I wanted my brakes checked with my inspection, but was told since I needed new tires there was no need for a tire rotation which was the reason my brakes couldn’t get inspected. I don’t think that’s fair when you pay almost 100 for an oil change.

I loved the atmosphere there. The service dept guys were super welcoming and the video they sent on the progress of my vehicle was great. The waiting area was very comfortable and not like any other waiting area I’ve seen.

I purchased this vehicle in January 2025 to help me care for my ailing parents. Within months it developed recurring electric throttle failures- I was told that the previous owner made the changes and Russ Darrow was not responsible. In July the vehicle was brought in, assessed and the throttle body replaced. One week later it failed while I was on the freeway and had to be brought back in. I have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership’s repair process.
