Appreciate much they made time to troubleshoot which included removing the headlight to discover a loose harness…which they tightened. Very much appreciated this as car is just over 1 yr old. Kelly was great. Very knowledgeable and she had great energy. That part of the car experience was very positive. The funny math when trying to get me to buy the interior protection plan and the cost of my possible trade-in was not great. Neither was the funny math when trying to get me to purchase 11 oil changes for $550 but 3 of those were the free/not free oil changes so you were really only pre-paying for 8 oil changes. These experiences zapped all the joy I had from buying a new vehicle.

I have always trusted the work that is done on my vehicle at this dealership. I did have an issue at this appointment because of the length of time that it was taking.

I have had all of the maintenance on my 2023 Mazda 3 Hatchback done at Mazda of Greenfield. I appreciated them replacing a filter during my latest visit. I may be interested in trading in the 2023 for a newer model but I haven’t decided yet. I know that if I do, I will be trading in my car at Mazda of Greenfield. I’m a very satisfied customer. Came in for an oil change and the technician must have checked the cabin filter and left grease all over my right passenger seat. It was not cleaned up and I was not happy.

Sales side great. Service not so much. The older man working the front is rude and cold. I wish Chauncey was still there. This is the second time I’ve left after getting a service done where one of my maintenance lights is on and wasn’t when I dropped the car off.

We had 2 reps because of the volume Tuesday. Their Mazda knowledge was marginal. The car prep left a lot to be desired. Many of the settings we thought were set up with Ernesto did not stay. We find ourselves resetting them today. For a high end model there are a lot of annoyances I did not expect to find.

Car services had two other cars in lot and took an hour and a half to do an oil change. Then took another 15 mins just to get my paperwork from service rep desk to receptionist. And person who did oil change forget to reset it on car. This isn’t the first or second time it’s taken an unreasonable time to do an oil change. Very frustrating

When I arrived I was addressed directly by a service writer. He did assist me with questions I had regarding operation of the cruise control.

I had a decent amount of work done, some under warranty, some not and Maxwell was excellent to work with. He is patient and easy going and made the process really smooth and efficient.
