I wanted my brakes checked with my inspection, but was told since I needed new tires there was no need for a tire rotation which was the reason my brakes couldn’t get inspected. I don’t think that’s fair when you pay almost 100 for an oil change.

I loved the atmosphere there. The service dept guys were super welcoming and the video they sent on the progress of my vehicle was great. The waiting area was very comfortable and not like any other waiting area I’ve seen.

I purchased this vehicle in January 2025 to help me care for my ailing parents. Within months it developed recurring electric throttle failures- I was told that the previous owner made the changes and Russ Darrow was not responsible. In July the vehicle was brought in, assessed and the throttle body replaced. One week later it failed while I was on the freeway and had to be brought back in. I have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership’s repair process.

It was quick and smooth
I received very little communication about the issue I came in for. I left, after a diagnostic session, with no diagnosis, no fix, and having been charged $250 for seemingly nothing.
The Mazda Greenfield dealership was great to work with! They were fast, communicative and pleasant. I would highly recommend!
Very attentive overall. I was told car was washed, either it wasn’t or it was done poorly as there was still bird poop remnants on car.

Years ago when I first chose this shop it performed quality service. The staff and manager has changed since then; the integrity and attention to work performance has declined: forgetting to replace oil pan cover, stating that lubricants were applied when it hadn’t, then spraying WD-40 on the hinges in front of my face, When rotating my tires staff substituted “one” regular lug nut in place of the locking lug nut that was on my vehicle when I brought the vehicle in, also not returning the lug nut key to my locking lug nuts; as well as being told ... Stripped screw was placed on oil pan after oil change Oil leak out onto the parking space in my garage Someone from the dealership came three days later with degreaser and pushbroom to clean the spot Oil had already permeated into the concrete, so the cleanup didn't work I'm expecting to be charged for this by apartment management

It was great at first, helped me find what I needed. Was catfished by the pictures of the first vehicle. They took forever to check me out and purchase the car after I have said I wanted the car. I was there for 5 hours waiting to checkout. It felt like xxxx honestly.
